Cooked Smoothie Recipe

Diarrhea Parasite Summer is in full swing! If you’re looking for ways to minimize possible exposure, then this trick is for you.
I eat a smoothie for breakfast every single day and cyclosporiasis is ruining my morning routine. So after listening to some experts share small things we can do to avoid cyclosporiasis, I decided to COOK MY SMOOTHIE FRUIT!
My freezer was stocked with frozen fruit for smoothies, so I simply stewed them on the stovetop until they reached at least 160 degrees Farenheit, as recommended by food experts, and then froze the cooked fruit and it made the best smoothies! I might never go back to raw fruit smoothies again.

Why You’ll Love Cooked Smoothies
It’s following the recommended guidelines on reducing the risk of the diarrhea parasite

How to Make a Cooked Fruit Smoothie
To make a cooked fruit smoothie, you stew frozen or fresh fruit on the stovetop until it reaches 160°F. Cover and cool completely. Then add the fruit to silicone muffin cups and freeze until frozen solid. Then use in smoothies as you would regular frozen fruit.

I recommend the Ninja BossBlend Tumbler Blender because it works so well and looks so cute!
